Francine J. Barton

Francine J. Barton received her B.A. in Government from The University of Arizona in 1971. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1981 and was a member of the Dean’s List.  She has been admitted to practice in the State of Texas and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (1983), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (1985), and also was admitted to the State Bar of Oklahoma (2005)

Ms. Barton is an active member of the Texas and Houston Bar Associations, and is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.

Ms. Barton practices exclusively in the area of personal injury with an emphasis on nursing home negligence and abuse cases. Ms. Barton’s practice also includes automobile/truck accidents, premises liability, products liability, and maritime accidents.
